The AFT list represents a unique ranking system that tracks the results of teams in tournaments from the official AFT calendar throughout the season.

The achieved placement brings a certain number of points, and their total determines the team's position on the regional and national AFT list.

The higher the tournament rank, the more points are awarded, but the competition is also significantly stronger.

The official AFT calendar for the 2026/27 season will include more than 450 tournaments, divided into five categories:
4 Elite Tour, 12 Grand Tour, 36 Masters Tour, 108 Challenger Tour and more than 300 Futures Tour tournaments.

In addition to regular tournaments, the Mini label (Mini Grand, Mini Masters, etc.) is used for tournaments organized for one or two age generations, while retaining the appropriate AFT category.

Season and generations

AFT tracks the results of generations from U7 to U13 in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. Throughout the entire tournament season, points are accumulated after each official AFT tournament, and at the end of the season, the most successful teams in all age categories are announced.

How does the AFT list work?

Every point earned directly affects the team's ranking. The continuity of good results throughout the season is the key to success, regardless of whether the team participates in Elite Tour or Futures Tour tournaments.

Thanks to this system, teams can plan their season according to their ambitions and quality, choosing between the strongest international tournaments or a larger number of lower category tournaments.

RANKING LEVELS

Overall ranking
The most prestigious AFT list that includes all teams from all six countries in the region in a unique ranking.

National ranking
The ranking of teams within their home country, allowing comparison with domestic competition.

AFT list by generations
Each age category (U7–U13) is tracked separately, so results are compared exclusively with teams of the same generation.

Club ranking
In addition to ranking teams, AFT also maintains a unique club ranking.

The club coefficient is obtained by summing all the points earned by all generations of a club throughout the season. This way, not only the success of one talented generation is valued, but also the quality of the work of the entire football school.

For example, if one generation earns 50 points at a Masters Tour tournament, and another 100 points at a Grand Tour tournament, the club will gain a total of 150 AFT points in the club ranking.

This system encourages clubs to develop all age categories, as every result contributes to the overall reputation and ranking of the football school.

Why is this important?

The AFT ranking provides transparency and objective evaluation of results. For coaches, it is a tool for monitoring team development, for clubs, it confirms the quality of work and continuity, and for players, it provides additional motivation to build their club's reputation through team successes.

All rankings and point changes after each tournament weekend are available on the AFT platform, where the battle for the top of regional football can be followed in real-time.
