By the 2017 generation, the situation on the table is more interesting. The top two teams –
ŠF HERCEG NOVI and
FUDBALITO from
Podgorica, each have 100 points and one gold medal so far, although
the people from Herceg Novi earned theirs in
Trebinje, while the Podgorica team – in Podgorica. The third team is
Zabjelo, also from Podgorica.
ZLATNA LOPTA from Podgorica and
GORŠTAK from Kolašin lead the 2016 generation. Both teams have 100 points, and once again the Podgorica team earned their points “at home”, while the Kolašin team won in Trebinje. Right behind them is
STARI AERODROM, Podgorica, lurking for its chance, perhaps already in October.
FK WINNER, from Cetinje, is the “winner” of September in the 2015 generation. Literally “on its heels” are the boys from
AKADEMIJA CITY, from Podgorica, and close behind (again) is
STARI AERODROM. It will be interesting to see how this “trio” performs in the continuation of the season.
In the oldest generation we follow (2014), the saying goes that “without the old man there is no strike”, so
STARI AERODROM is convincingly first with 2 gold medals won in Podgorica and in Belgrade, at the
NIKA CUP.
Among all the generations and regions we follow, here the difference between the first and the other two teams “on the podium” is by far the largest – since
BREZNICA from Pljevlja and
ZLATNA LOPTA have significantly fewer points than the “old men”.
CROATIA – “THE WEST SIDE STORY” (1981/2021)NK ISTRA, Pula, by winning second place at the RADENCI TROPHY managed to share first place in the 2014 generation, together with
HNK HAJDUK from Split. Behind them is the team
KUSTOŠIJA from Zagreb, but
DINAMO... not in sight.
As for the 2015 generation, there is no one in sight – except for
NK RIJEKA, of which we only reliably know that it has won 40 points at the
NIKA CUP in Belgrade.
In the 2016 generation, just before the end of September,
