The date has changed – of course!

Jokes aside. The eighth day of September is an opportunity for us to check together which teams collected the most AFT points over the past weekend.

As always, we must emphasize that this state of the rankings is "unstable" and that the positions of the clubs change with every entered tournament, but for now, it is what it is.

So, let's go in order. For each age group, we highlight the top three teams, while a complete overview of all rankings can be followed on the official AFT ranking list.

U13 (born in 2014) – “IN THE EAST OLD STORIES, IN THE WEST NOTHING NEW”

As for the top three spots, there are no changes this week. The teams Stari Aerodrom from Podgorica and Crvena zvezda, with identical 150 points earned at the NIKA CUP, share the first place.

In third place is still FK Čukarički with 140 AFT points, so – all in all – we can say that the leading teams "slept" through this weekend.

However, there are certain changes in the second part of the list of the best teams, which you can view at THIS LINK

U12 (born in 2015) - “BLACK AND WHITE WORLD”

Partizan and Čukarički took advantage of their participation in the SVESRPSKI CUP and significantly increased their point tally.

As a result, FK Partizan is convincingly first in this age group with as many as 230 points, while “Čuka” remains highly ranked in the third overview of this season with 190 points, claiming second place and not wanting to give it up.

In third place, this eighth of September, is the team FK Winner from Cetinje, which surpassed Banjaluka's Spartak by winning second place at the Memorial Tournament “Mašan and Marko”.

For the standings of other teams and changes in the rest of the table for this generation, see HERE

U11 (born in 2016) - “IS SARajevo WHERE IT ONCE WAS?”

In this age group – it is.  In fact, the U11 generation has, from the perspective of the top four teams, also “slept” over the past seven days. The teams at the top have retained their points, allowing them to wait for the next weekend in the same order.

And we announced madness... Here’s another proof that football is wonderful to play and watch, but it shouldn’t be “bet on”.

To avoid being unfair to the other teams, check for yourself at THIS LINK whether the other teams have also “cemented” their standings on our list.

U10 (born in 2017) - “FIVE DINARS IN THE JUKEBOX, FIVE DINARS IN THE PINBALL...”

AND FIVE TEAMS IN FIRST PLACE in this generation! In our last report, we wrote how Partizan, Mladi Vukovi, and ŠF Herceg Novi each have 100 points when, lo and behold, here are two more teams this week that have matched their performance.

These are the teams Dinamo from Zagreb (which won the RUDEŠ KIDS CUP) and Crvena zvezda (which won the SVESRPSKI CUP).

P.S. I hope no one remembers that we also “predicted” the outcome here, i.e., that three teams wouldn’t be able to stay in first place for long... Well, we were somewhat right, but not in the way we hoped. So, once again – play football and follow it on the fields, not in betting shops.

To keep up with all the excitement in this age group, follow the changes at THIS LINK

U9 (born in 2018) - “ONLY FOR YOU, OUR HILLS, SING THE STREETS OF TUROPOLJE”...

These lyrics can often be heard at the stadium of HNK GORICA from Velika Gorica, which became the champion of the RUDEŠ KIDS CUP over the weekend and thus established itself at the top of this generation.

With 100 points earned at this tournament, they have reached a total of 135 points

– leaving Mladi Vukovi from Kikinda and ŠF Alfa from Trebinje with 100 points each to share second place.

We must note that HNK Hajduk has also joined the leading trio, and other teams have their ambitions this year, so we can’t wait to continue following the reports for this generation.

The latest changes in the rankings of teams from this generation can be followed, along with us, at THIS LINK

U8 (born in 2019) - “VOJVODINO, VOJVODINO, WHY ARE YOU SO FLAT?”

The plain can get boring with its monotony, but the lyrics of the band Griva that we mentioned for this generation will never – similarly, neither will the situation in this age category.

The only change at the top of this generation is reflected in the number of points earned by the first-placed FK MERIDIANA from Novi Sad. They won the PRIMERA KIDS TROPHY over the weekend and reached 110 points.

The other two teams at the top Polet from Karavukovo and Spartak from Subotica have retained their 70 and 50 points respectively and their positions.

As a result, teams from Vojvodina continue to lead the U8 generation, but we will find out soon how long that will last. We have numerous and significant tournaments this weekend, and anything can change, not just in this generation.

Be ready for surprises and be the first to find out about them by following THIS LINK

U7 (born in 2020) - “WELCOME, DEAR GUESTS, IN LOVE AND JOY...”

Finally, a little excitement in this age group.

The team NK Lumen from Varaždin (with 13 points) is still first, but now, alongside NK Olimp from Zaprešić (which has gathered 10 points), teams FK MERIDIANA and 1. MAJ, Ruma have appeared in second place with the same number of points.

They won first places at the PRIMERA KIDS TROPHY (Meridiana) and their tournament in Ruma (1. MAJ) and have a chance to compete for high positions in this age group.

How things will change for the youngest football hopes in our region can be discovered through THIS LINK.

As we said last time – school comes first, and football remains the most important secondary thing in the world. This week we have also tried to entertain you with some new lyrics from folk and “entertainment” songs from our region.

On the other hand, many of you have taken care to give yourselves reasons to celebrate with your excellent performances at numerous tournaments last weekend.

We wish for your team’s name to be found in our upcoming reports, and to ensure you are not “cheated” out of a point, we also invite you to send us reports from tournaments, thus helping us to update our tables as quickly and accurately as possible.

Until the next overview of the state by generations, sporting regards from the AFT team!
